If you’d like to cancel your order, please send us an email at email@example.com or DM us at @mysticc_auraa on Instagram within 24 hours of placing the order. We will cancel the shipment in case the order has not been shipped. If it has been sent, it will be considered as a purchase and the Returns & Exchange policy as below will be duly applicable.
We have a no return/exchange policy, which means you cannot request a return after receiving your item, however:
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in a worn out condition or unusable or different from what was promised to be delivered and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Apart from this a video proof of the product is mandatory as it will be considered as proof that the product should be eligible for an exchange/return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping charges for returning/exchanging the order back to us will be borne by you. We will take care of the charges for resending it to you.
Exchange for International Returns (not yet active)
In case of Tarot, be mindful of the readings you want, because there is no refund until and unless there is a time management issue or the service is not deliverable. An exchange can be done only once per service to reschedule the date of a particular reading otherwise the service will be rendered null and void.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A Video proof while you receive the product is mandatory and has to be made as proof otherwise the product will not be considered a defective one.
Certain types of items/services cannot be returned, like personally curated/customized crystal products that are energized for you specifically and Refund for Tarot services if even after guidance the desired results were not achieved by you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, wait for the exchanged item to be delivered to your location.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for us to process and post the refund too (maximum 7 working days after processing the refund).
